Background
RediRedi is a digital solution created for small and medium-sized online businesses, offering tools to streamline management and boost performance. Initially launched as a web app optimized for desktop use, the platform quickly gained traction. As user demand grew, it became clear that expanding the ecosystem with a complementary mobile app was essential.

Listening to design meaningful experiences
To better understand the needs of users who were requesting a mobile app, the product team interviewed some of the most engaged customers in our community.
One user pointed out:
"Sometimes I receive questions about orders and products through WhatsApp. When I'm away from my computer, it's hard to remember all the details to respond. Having access to this information on my phone would be extremely helpful."
With this kind of feedback in mind, I began iterating on the user flows and information architecture, which were then discussed with the product, design, and engineering teams.
Our focus was on the essential features: managing products and orders, updating the catalog, and creating promotions.
A visual language and architecture that made business management not just easy but enjoyable.
